Ok, admittedly it might not be for everyone as you are on holiday after all but there is something in meeting new people and going home with a new recipe for that next dinner party. Barcelona boasts the city, sea and mountains, giving you lots of wonderful local produce and types of dishes that you can rustle up. Let’s face it, the city is quite a magnet when it comes to gastronomy too, so why not visit a local market (stallholders are often super friendly), stock up on ingredients and learn something new. There are a variety of schools that offer cooking classes, each have their own style of cooking, interiors and flair. In this post we are going to share a few favourites.
