From inquiry to arrival:
We do not use any automated systems on our website.
From responding to your inquiry to receiving you at the apartment, personal contact is guaranteed. If you wish to make a reservation, inquire about an apartment's availability, or if you have any questions about Barcelona in general, please contact us, we are happy to accommodate you in any way we can.
An inquiry is made by contacting us directly via phone or email.
Our contact information is available on the top of any page on our website. To contact us via email, click on the email address in the logotype or simply select the apartment you prefer by clicking on the corresponding image. Once you're on the apartment's page, go to the 'rates' menu, available on the top right. Here you'll find the rate of the apartment. Depending on the length of your stay, the time of year and the size of the party you're traveling with, the price will be adjusted. For a full price quote, please contact us and we'll inform you accordingly.
Once you have selected an apartment and we informed you about its availability, we'll send you a document containing a form you need to fill in to provide us with the necessary details to confirm your booking with us. Payments can be made via wire transfer or credit card.
The document contains information about our reservation- and cancellation policy, detailed maps with information on how to get to the apartment (via public transport and/or taxi), our contact information, etc.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by one of us at the apartment. We'll take you through the apartment and explain the correct working of its amenities and any other specific details. Of course we're also there to give you insiders tips on restaurants, places to see and things to do which you won't find in a tour or city guide.
If you would like us to do some pre-arrival shopping for you, reserve a table at a restaurant or get you tickets to a concert or to the Camp Nou football stadium, just ask us in advance and we'll do our best to look after your wishes. Additonal cleaning services and mobile phones are also available upon request. Please note that these services are charged seperately; check for respective rates when making an inquiry.
