Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors cover the entire breadth of the apartment and offer a sense of space and calm rarely achieved in such a central location.
The bedroom is located on the first floor with en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a laid-back lounging area. An open wooden staircase introduces the second floor, leading into the living area with a sizeable sofa nook, dining area, kitchen and second washroom. Finally, the roof terrace can be found on the third floor, the perfect place to take a dip in the plunge pool, or simply enjoy the year-round Mediterranean sunshine.

Centrally located in the Medieval area of town, the Gothic area was once home to the Romans during the Augustus empire (27 to 14 B.C). The winding, narrow streets are home to an immense variety of unique shops, cafés and restaurants, all a mere stone’s throw from the apartment. The district of Barceloneta with its beach and plentiful seafood restaurants are also well within walking distance, ideal for an afternoon stroll.
With notable historic monuments such as the Church of our Lady Mercé practically on the doorstep of the apartment, it is ideally located as a springboard to explore the vast array of offerings available in the centre of Barcelona.
