Majestic style haven puts Barcelona at your feet
With an apartment this gorgeous, perhaps a warning is appropriate. You may find it quite a challenge to leave at all, so you may not see that much of beautiful Barcelona. Thankfully, you can see a lot of it right from the apartment's bay window.
Close to Placa de Catalunya
The 70 m2 (750 sq ft) one bedroom, one bathroom Finn Apartment is one of our apartments in a renovated Modernista (Art Nouveau) building. The apartment is right between the elegant Eixample district, with its Gaudí architecture and fashion stores, and the vibrant Gothic quarter.
Whites and darker shades
The interior is a dream of glowing whites and darker shades, such as the eggplant-hued wall behind the brown leather couch, offset by two white armchairs. The living room welcomes you with its warm colours and exquisite designer furniture, like the wenge wood side tables.
Bay window
Step into the bay window, lined with floor to ceiling off-white sheers, and Barcelona is literally at your feet. A great spot for some quiet reading with a glass of cava. Antique features have been restored to their old splendour, such as the French windows and the sliding door.
Dining area
In the dining area the dark and white contrast continues. The black display cabinet is filled with clean-lined white porcelain. A white 'lampscape', designed by Dutch designer Frederik Roijé, lights a dark wood table.
High-end kitchen
The sleek, dark wood kitchen has everything a foodie could ask for: high-end appliances, gorgeous design and clever use of a compact space.
Quiet bedroom
The intimate bedroom looks out on the inner courtyard, which ensures you of undisturbed slumbers. The bed can be converted into either a seamless kingsize or two singles. The couch in the living room converts into a comfortable queensize bed. We provide both soft and firm pillows.
Bathroom
The bathroom features a luxurious shower with white tiles. The sink is in a separate area in contrasting dark brown. Here too, guests are pampered, with plenty of fluffy white towels.
