Location, location, location
The Modernista (Art Nouveau) building is situated right at the cusp of the Eixample area and the Gothic quarter, just steps away from Placa de Catalunya. The nine apartments inside have recently been redecorated to provide all the modern comfort you could ask for.
Welcome
As soon as you enter the Ghost Apartment, it wins you over with its welcoming, pleasant atmosphere. Light is key to the appeal of this apartment. It bathes in natural light and features an all-glass sun room.
Pristine white
The pristine white interior creates the perfect backdrop for the dark wood vintage finds which lend the place its character and individuality. The apartment owes its name to the sofas, which had that name already and do in fact look quite like friendly, comfortable ghosts.
Serene quiet
The Ghost Apartment is perfect for light sleepers. The apartment looks out on the surrounding buildings' back patios (or, to get you into the swing of things, patios de manzana), resulting in an almost serene quiet.
Sliding wall
The apartment, measuring 85m2 (915 sq ft), has two bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms. With a sliding wall between the living room and one of the bedrooms, it offers great flexibility.
Durable luxury
Throughout the apartment the quality of materials used stands out. From the luxurious linens to the top-of-the line kitchen equipment, from the fluffy towels to the choice of either firm or soft pillows, this home away from home is generous with durable luxury.
Surprising touch
To top it all off, the apartment alternates styles every now and then. The all-white sofas and the bed linens turn black, making for a completely different look and feel.
