Rates
Rental rate for apartment Sant Jaume
is 245 € per night for up to 2 persons + an additional 30 €
for each extra person.
We allow a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
Cleaning fee is 50 € for 2 and 60 € for 3 persons.
We can provide a babycot at 7 € per night.
Rates are excl. 7% VAT.
During holidays and fairs special rates apply.
Special offer: During the period of January 4 and February 4, the rate per night is 175 euro (excl. 7% VAT) for up to 2 persons.
