The perfect location
This 85 m2 (915 sq ft), two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is one of our nine apartments in a Modernista (Art Nouveau) building just off Placa de Catalunya.
The perfect location, right between the Modernista architecture and high fashion stores of the Eixample district and the Gothic Quarter's boutiques and bars.
Warm hues with bold white accents
The Walden Apartment's warm greys, olive and beige hues with bold white accents combine wonderfully with the exposed brick walls. Classical furnishings contrast nicely with contemporary pieces, such as the Louis XV chairs with the lacquered olive green tables.
Original details
The sensational bay window that overlooks Ronda Universidad makes for a great place to take in the vibe of the city. The French balconies, the bay window and the sliding doors that separate it from the living room are all original and have been carefully restored.
All windows have double glazing, so you can shut the sounds of city life out whenever you want.
Dining area
In the dining area, the elegant chairs complement the white matte Poliform table designed by Roberto Barbieri. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the state of the art appliances you need to turn your Mediterranean culinary endeavours into a success
The bedrooms
Both bedrooms have French balconies with original doors. One of the bedrooms has a gorgeous kingsize four poster bed. The other bed can be converted into either a seamless kingsize bed or two singles. Both are decked out in crisp white, embroidered linen with both firm and soft pillows.
The bathroom
The bathroom is designed to refresh you instantly after a long day of exploring the city, from the luxurious shower to the thick, fluffy towels.
