SANT ANIOL
Sant Aniol was founded in 1993, and still mainly operates as a family business. They offer natural spring water that flows through the springs of La Garrotxa, Girona. Yes, a very picturesque part of Catalonia. What makes it special? Their water is naturally filtered through layers of volcanic rock, adding a unique mineral composition. Go figure!

CASA MARIOL
In the discreet medieval town Batea, the grapevine is everything. The houses that were originally built, were done so to store wine. There’s more. Local celebrations work around the grape harvest in order not to disrupt things. Casa Mariol was founded by José María Vaquer Bes in 1945 and after he passed away, his middle son and wife managed the business. Their grandchildren studied oenology and today run viticulture and production. Now that’s a family business. Pair the organic garnatxa blanca wine with fish or shellfish and the garnatxa negra with fuet, fish or red meat. The Cava goes down well with pizza, shellfish or…cake! It’s Cava.

Manuel Torres and his wife, Ángeles Medel started TORRES in 1969, driving it to be a leading potato chips and snacks business. Their philosophy is based on the passion they have regarding quality of raw materials, which marries traditions with the changing consumer behaviours.

EL COLMADO SINGULAR
In 2002, Francesc Collell started importing spices and gastronomic products, starting with saffron and Halen Môn salts. From there he went on trips to source products and ideas for his store. The objective, was to find a premium product with its own identity. From India to the UK and then to Italy and France, Denmark … he has been dedicated to finding the right products with history to pair with customers. Great restaurants such as Alkimia and Albert Adriá ́s Tickets have created recipes using ingredients from the store.

Please note that although the Malin+Goetz products are for use, they aren’t for you to take. Sorry! However, you can purchase an essential kit (four 40ml bottles of cilantro hair conditioner, vitamin b5 body moisturiser, rum body wash, peppermint shampoo and one 50g rum bar soap) or the large 300ml bottles.
